Individual sessions allow you to take the time to reflect on issues that concern you. Talking about what is bothering you helps you examine your own thoughts while at the same time allowing you to hear my professional perspective. As we work collaboratively and interactively, you can choose to work on a specific issue that you want to address or embark on a journey of self-discovery, starting from where you are now to where you want to be.
